Fees and Insurance

• I am now in network with Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health, Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Magellan, OPTUM, Carelon Behavioral Health and United Healthcare in the State of CA. I am in network with Cigna, Aetna, Anthem EAP- Bank of America, Oscar (Optum), Oxford (Optum), United Healthcare (Optum), Carelon Behavioral Health and Regence BlueCross BlueShield in the State of Oregon. For all other insurance companies, I am an out of network and request that services are paid for at the time they are provided. I am in the process of getting paneled with additional insurance companies in both CA and OR. Please inquire if you would like additional information about what insurance companies I am getting paneled with.

• I am able to provide super bills to clients on a monthly basis. Clients are responsible for seeing if they have out of network coverage through their insurance company and submitting superbills to their insurance company. If you are unsure if you have out of network coverage, please call your insurance company and ask.

• I offer a limited number of reduced-fee/sliding scale slots to folks in need in order to improve access to mental health care. Priority goes to BIPOC, queer, trans, and disabled folks in need. My sliding scale is between $70-$200 (full-fee).

• Individual/Family therapy sessions costs $200 per 50 minute session

​

• Professional consultation sessions cost $200 per 50 minutes session. 

​

• Autism Assessment administration fee costs $415. This does not include the session fee for the interview/assessment. Number of sessions required to complete assessment varies per client. 

​

• Single-session Gender Affirming Care letter writing costs $200 per 50 minute session. This includes the cost of documentation.
